Please read before agreeing below:

• I acknowledge that in-home pet siting can involve inherent risks - even within the safety of the pet's own home - including, but not limited to, broken nails, minor scratches or cuts, and possible bites to the pet sitter.
• I acknowledge that my pet(s) may be exposed to communicable illnesses or parasites from other animals in the sitter's care and that reasonable hygiene precautions will be taken to minimize such risks.
• I further understand that any problems with my pet(s), behavioral, medical or otherwise, willbe treated at the pet sitter's discretion.
• I assume full financial responsibility and all liability for any and all expenses in regard to the behavior and health of my pet(s).
• If my pet(s) becomes ill or injured, the pet sitter shall have the right to call a veterinarian of their choice; or to administer medicine or give other advisable attention, within their judgment, and such expenses, being reasonable in amount, shall be paid promptly by me, the owner of the pet(s).
• I understand that I am solely financially responsible for any damage to property caused by my pet(s) while under their care.
• I agree that in admitting my pet(s) into the pet sitter's care, they have relied on my representation that my pet(s) is/are in good health and I have advised of any aggressive or threatening behavior my pet(s) may have/have had towards any person or other pet(s).
• If my pet(s) cannot safely adapt to the pet sitter in the home environment, the pet sitter shall have the right to place my pet(s) in a traditional kennel/pet cage/enclosure of their choice or cancel the reservation for safety concerns.
• I understand that reservations must be canceled, by me, no later than 24 hours prior to the day of the reservation. I will be subject to applicable charges if I fail to do so.
• I understand that requests made at the last minute may incur higher rates compared to those scheduled in advance.
• I give my permission for images and likenesses of my pet(s) to be used on the Internet, insocial media and in publications or promotions.
